multiple first and second chair jury trials and appellate
arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh
Circuit and the Illinois Appellate Court. |

| He has also
evaluated the safety and risk management practices of hundreds
of trucking companies. |

| He is a member of
the Transportation Lawyers Association, the Trucking Industry
Defense Association, and is on the Chicago-area Advisory Board
of the Mid-West Trucker's Association. |
